Dr. Leon teaches international trade and coordinates undergraduate advising for economics and business majors. He received a Ph.D. in economics from The George Washington University and holds a master's degree in electrical engineering. He has lectured at George Washington and was an industrial analyst at the French Embassy in Washington before joining the CUA faculty. Before coming to this country, he was an electrical engineer at the Ministry of Defense in France.
