Professor Saidi specializes in the financial management area. He received a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Kentucky and an MBA in international business and finance from the University of Dallas. Before joining the CUA faculty, he taught at Clarkson University. Dr. Saidi also holds a bachelor degree in accounting. Dr. Saidi teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in financial management as well as undergraduate courses in economics, computer applications in business as well a graduate course in strategic management. His research areas include stock market and foreign exchange market behavior. His research has appeared in journals such as The Financial Review, Journal of Economic Studies, and Journal of Economics and Finance.
